Following consultation, the work programme and scale fees for the audit of the accounts for 2015/16 have been confirmed for local government, fire, police and health bodies.
Information about audit fees for small bodies is available.
Scale fees
There are no changes to the work programme for 2015/16. However, scale audit fees and indicative certification fees for most audited bodies have been reduced by 25 per cent based on the fees applicable for 2014/15. The scale fees for individual audited bodies 2015-16 (excel file) are available.
Once a scale of fees is prescribed, the applicable fee becomes payable in law by the audited body.
PSAA will consult on the proposed 2016/17 work programme and scales of fees in autumn 2015.
